Whale’s Tale Water Park breaks ground for their new Expansion Project: Our biggest and Most Comprehensive capital expansion in the Water Park’s 25 year history, Shipwreck Island!
Lincoln, NH March 8, 2010: The Whale’s Tale Water Park broke ground recently for their newest water park expansion, Shipwreck Island which is “the biggest and best expansion the company has ever seen” says General Manager Jeb Boyd. This new attraction features a multi-level Active Trey Research Games Enhanced With Two New Additions
Water Play structure providing fun for the entire family featuring numerous water cannons, active water sprays and packed full of fantastic new ways to stay cool in the summer sun. Guests of all ages will spend hours choosing what to do next, including which one of the 8 new water slides they will use, who to spray next and the most exciting part, the unsuspecting 600 gallons of water that is released from the shipwreck on top soaking everyone in its path!
“We needed a new attraction that could handle many guests at once without creating another line” says Boyd and this new attraction from Pro Slide Technology does just that. Shipwreck Island is expected to be completed and open in early July of this year. The Whale’s Tale Water Park opens for the season on June 12, 2010.
