Pinkham Notch, NH—On September 19 & 20, Great Glen Trails will host Women’s Fall Escape—a weekend-long getaway for women focused on health and relaxation. Activities include kayaking, biking, fly fishing, massage and yoga.

Women’s Fall Escape is specially designed by women to provide women with a fun and relaxing atmosphere in which to learn new sports and make new friends. The highlights of the weekend are kayak trips on the Androscoggin River that offer excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, biking tours on the trail system and Great Glen Trails and special fly fishing clinics taught on site. On Saturday evening, dinner is served by a bonfire and followed by a unique evening presentation. On-going activities throughout the weekend include yoga, massage, Nordic walking and tours up the Mt. Washington Auto Road.

Women’s Fall Escape is one of two women’s only weekends hosted by Great Glen Trails. In winter, Women’s Winter Escape is an on-snow getaway featuring cross country skiing, snowshoeing and more.

In order to ensure good small group dynamics, this program will be limited to 20 participants. Cost is $145 per person, includes meal. Additional fees for massage. Complete schedule, registration information and lodging information for Women’s Fall Escape is available at www.GreatGlenTrails.com .

Great Glen Trails is open daily for paddling, biking and trail running. For more information, visit www.GreatGlenTrails.com or call 603.466.2333.
